Prior to launching Non-Linear Studio, Quintin shaped products and brands across agencies, startups, and tech companies. At Spring — where he was the first designer through the door — his work earned Apple's recognition as one of the best apps of 2014. The company was acquired by ShopRunner in 2018, with Quintin serving as Executive Creative Director at the time of acquisition. At Square, he redesigned Cash App end-to-end, sharpening UX flows and bringing a level of polish the product had been missing. At Rokkan, alongside Charles Bae, he led the redesign of JetBlue.com — a project that contributed to 3x financial growth for the airline. At Rally Interactive, he directed work for Meta, Google, Toyota, and others.
